This is a NEW with tags school uniform skirt in a size 18. The waist measures 35 inches, the length down the side is 22 inches. there are no damages! All of our items are from a smoke free home. we do our best to describe them as we see them. if for any reason you are not pleased with an item, please let us know. we do NOT refund s/h fees for any reason, as we cannot get it back from the post office. We ship monday thru friday, within 24 hours of rec'g payment. if you do not get your package in a day or two, PLEASE give it 7-10 days to get to your door. the USPS has been slowing down, and it is out of our control how long it takes to get to you. we DO ship EVERY day, as stated above.
