The study tour for the batch 2020- 21 was for the 1st year students ( 2021), it was a 4 day visit to Hampi, Badami, Aihole and Pattadkal.
Hampi lies in the South Indian state of Karnataka and is situated in the northern part of Karnataka, it is a place with numerous heritage structures and recognized by the
UNESCO and is also declared as World heritage site.
First day, students Visited Hampi - Virupaksha temple. The 2nd day, they visited caves and temples in Badami,. It was followed by a visit to Pattadkal and Aihole temples.
The hampi Badami tour was an architectural study tour as part of the students study tour .It was to mainly explore Dravidian Architecture that existed in Karnataka during
the Vijayanagar empire.
